Job Title: Policy Analyst (Sr.)

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinates complex projects which utilize management analysis and research techniques to identify: short, medium, and long-term policy options, impacts of policies to stakeholders & laws, and priorities.
- Coordinates the review of materials.
- Prepares reports detailing the efficacy of programs and policies, strengths, weaknesses, and recommendations.
- Assesses the impact of proposed legislation and prepared fiscal estimates.
- Presents analyses and recommendations to committees.
- Promotes data-driven policy.
- Reviews outputs of AI tools to assess whether data have been appropriately synthesized and AI content logically aligns with evidence. High level of knowledge of program, policy, and funding issues.
- Strong public presentation skills.
- Provides editorial and content feedback.
- Evaluates policy principles to describe values driving decisions and directions.
- Reviews requests and answers questions regarding policies and procedures.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science (BS), Bachelor of Arts (BA), Master of Science (MS) or Master of Arts (MA) degree and minimum of 9 years of relevant experience.
Required Qualifications:
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required government security clearances.
