Full Job Description
Responsibilities include training, supervision and scheduling of Police Records Clerks, ensuring strict compliance with law enforcement data requirements, overseeing all aspects of quality control within the Police Records environment, and assuring the delivery of quality customer service. This position also assists in all other areas of police records operations as needed.

Ideal candidates will be problem-solvers with a strong foundation in Police Records, possess strong communication skills, and thrive in a team-oriented, public service environment.

Additionally, qualified candidates must possess the following:
  • High School Degree or equivalent supplemented by related college coursework and/or training in management.
  • Minimum four (4) years of increasingly responsible experience within a Police Department.
  • Experience with L.E.A.D.S., CJIS or similar police related information systems, with certification achieved within 6 months of hire.
  • Availability and willingness to work any shift.
  • Experience with responding to FOIA requests strongly preferred.

Salary up to $99,000 will be considered for experienced Police Record Supervisors depending on years in position.
