Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality geriatric podiatric care
  • Conduct diabetic foot care assessments
  • Perform fall risk assessments and recommend interventions
  • Address pressure-related issues and provide alleviation recommendations
  • Treat venous, pressure, and traumatic wounds and ulcers
  • Manage routine nail care and surgical procedures
  • Support patient dignity and quality of life through care

Seeking a mobile Podiatrist with heart for the Geriatric and Underserved Communities!

Your Podiatry care gives the residents of the facilities we serve their dignity and quality of life!

Our Podiatry Services include but are not limited to:

  • Diabetic Foot Care
  • Fall Risk Assessment and Interventions
  • Pressure Alleviation Recommendations
  • Venous, Pressure and Traumatic Wounds and Ulcers
  • Heel, Ankle and Foot Pain
  • Toenail clipping, debridement and removal
  • Routine nail and footcare

Requirements:

  • Graduated from an accredited school of Podiatry Medicine
  • Active and unrestricted Podiatry license in the state
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to connect to patients with empathy and compassion
  • Travel to skilled nursing and long term care facilities
  • Ability to use EMR system for notes and charting

 We provide:

  • All equipment and supplies
  • All scheduling and billing - completed by 360Care
  • Full office support including a Care Coordination team handling all consents, pre-authorizations, patient scheduling, post op and IT support
