Our Podiatry Services include but are not limited to:
- Diabetic Foot Care
- Fall Risk Assessment and Interventions
- Pressure Alleviation Recommendations
- Venous, Pressure and Traumatic Wounds and Ulcers
- Heel, Ankle and Foot Pain
- Toenail clipping, debridement and removal
- Routine nail and footcare
Requirements:
- Graduated from an accredited school of Podiatry Medicine
- Active and unrestricted Podiatry license in the state
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to connect to patients with empathy and compassion
- Travel to skilled nursing and long term care facilities
- Ability to use EMR system for notes and charting
We provide:
- All equipment and supplies
- All scheduling and billing - completed by 360Care
- Full office support including a Care Coordination team handling all consents, pre-authorizations, patient scheduling, post op and IT support
