Responsibilities

  • Provide podiatric care to geriatric patients in their facilities
  • Conduct diabetic foot care assessments and interventions
  • Perform fall risk assessments and recommend interventions
  • Address venous, pressure, and traumatic wounds and ulcers
  • Execute routine nail and foot care, including debridement and toenail clipping
  • Make clinical decisions with a focus on quality patient care
  • Collaborate with a Care Coordination team for scheduling and consents

Our Podiatry Services include but are not limited to:
  • Diabetic Foot Care
  • Fall Risk Assessment and Interventions
  • Pressure Alleviation Recommendations
  • Venous, Pressure and Traumatic Wounds and Ulcers
  • Heel, Ankle and Foot Pain
  • Toenail clipping, debridement and removal
  • Routine nail and footcare

Requirements:
  • Graduated from an accredited school of Podiatry Medicine
  • Active and unrestricted Podiatry license in the state
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to connect to patients with empathy and compassion
  • Travel to skilled nursing and long term care facilities
  • Ability to use EMR system for notes and charting

We provide:
  • All equipment and supplies
  • All scheduling and billing - completed by 360Care
  • Full office support including a Care Coordination team handling all consents, pre-authorizations, patient scheduling, post op and IT support
