What You Will Do:
- Lead PMO governance and execution for IT/OT implementation programs, ensuring alignment to business objectives, scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
- Drive program planning, milestone tracking, dependency management, risk and issue resolution, and executive-level status reporting.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including business, technology, operations, vendors, and stakeholders, to ensure successful delivery of complex transformation initiatives.
- Establish and maintain project management processes, standards, templates, and reporting practices to support consistent program delivery.
- Facilitate key meetings, steering committees, and governance forums; prepare concise updates, decision materials, and action tracking.
- Monitor program financials, resource allocations, and delivery performance, escalating concerns and recommending corrective actions as needed.
- Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for process improvement, change management, and adoption across impacted teams.
What You Will Need:
- Must be a US Citizen or US Permanent Resident due to nature of client engagements.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field AND Seven (7+) plus years post-graduation work experience.
- Significant amount of total work experience should include leading PMO functions, program management, or large-scale project delivery in an enterprise environment.
- Experience supporting IT and/or OT implementations, integrations, or transformation programs.
- Experience in regulated, industrial, manufacturing, utilities, or other operational environments involving IT/OT convergence.
- Project Management Certification, such as PMP, PgMP, or PMI-ACP
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, governance practices, risk management, and portfolio reporting.
- Ability to travel.
- Ability to work onsite in a Guidehouse Office or Client Office location.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
- Preference will be given to candidates residing within 50 miles of a Guidehouse Office listed.
- Experience with change management, process improvement, and organizational readiness planning.
- Familiarity with PMO tools, portfolio reporting systems, or enterprise project management software.
- Experience leading vendor and third-party partner coordination on large programs.

The annual salary range for this position is $149,000.00-$248,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
