Job Description: Key Responsibilities Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports. Track project milestones, action items, risks, issues, and dependencies. Maintain project plans, trackers, and PMO repositories. Support governance meetings by scheduling sessions, preparing minutes, and tracking follow-up actions. Assist with resource allocation, onboarding, and staffing coordination. Collect and consolidate project metrics, KPIs, and dashboard data. Track project financials, budget utilization, and invoicing information. Ensure project documents comply with PMO standards and processes. Support audits, assessments, and project reviews as needed. Coordinate communication between delivery teams and stakeholders. The starting pay range for this role is 40$/hr - 44$/hr . Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
