Your future duties and responsibilities: The PMO Analyst supports the day to day governance and coordination of a large, complex client engagement. The role provides broad visibility into how a major project is run - tracking risk, quality, reporting, and access/administration. This is a coordination heavy, detail oriented role. The strongest candidates will be proactive communicators who are comfortable chasing others for updates/actions without needing to escalate, and who want broad exposure to project operations as a stepping stone in their PMO/PM career.
Risk & Issue Management
. Maintain and update the RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and track Action Items
. Conduct regular follow ups with owners to ensure items are progressed and closed on time
Deliverable Management
. Maintain the deliverable tracker
. Manage invoicing related to deliverables
. Ensure deliverable quality by confirming outputs meet agreed quality requirements before submission
. Chase client and CGI team members to close out review comments and actions in a timely manner
Reporting
. Support drafting of status reports for client and internal stakeholders
. Prepare meeting notes/minutes as requested
Project Plan Maintenance
. Make weekly updates to the project plan (broad stroke/structural changes to the plan are not expected of this role)
Access & Resource Administration
. Provision access to CGI and systems for project team members
. Manage onboarding and offboarding of personnel on the project
Audit & Records Management
. Support CGI audits as required
. Ensure all documents required for record retention are stored appropriately
Required qualifications to be successful in this role: . Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
. Comfortable managing multiple trackers/logs simultaneously and following up proactively
. Clear written communication for status reports and meeting notes
. Confidence to follow up with, and at times politely push, both client and internal team members to meet deadlines
. Basic understanding of quality/review processes for project deliverables
. Familiarity with (or ability to quickly learn) access provisioning and onboarding/offboarding administrative processes
. Discretion when handling system access and personnel changes

. Early to mid career professional (this role is well suited as a strong developmental opportunity)

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $70,800.00 $156,700.00.
