You will be supporting different projects through your expertise as
PMO.Your main responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed execution plans for assigned work packages, including milestones, resources, dependencies, deliverables, and completion status, ensuring alignment with the Integrated Master Schedule.
- Own the RAID framework, proactively tracking Risks, Actions, Issues, and Dependencies, including overdue items, mitigation plans, and escalation.
- Build, configure, and administer the Smartsheet PMO environment, including scalable templates, dashboards, reports, automated workflows, and executive-level views.
- Provide accurate visibility into planned vs. actual performance, milestone status, deliverable acceptance, forecast completion, and overall schedule performance.
- Lead PMO governance activities by preparing materials and follow-ups for weekly Project Status Reviews, bi-weekly Steering Committees, and Leadership Reviews, including decision and action tracking.
- Proactively identify schedule risks, dependencies, and performance issues that may impact the overall program, while tracking productivity KPIs and preparing milestone acceptance, closure, and knowledge-transfer packages.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in PMO, project controls, program coordination, or a similar role supporting large-scale, multi-workstream programs.
- Advanced Smartsheet expertise, including the design and administration of dashboards, reports, automated workflows, templates, and scalable PMO environments.
- Strong experience with RAID management, milestone and dependency tracking, project controls, KPI reporting, and executive-level governance reporting.
- Proven experience working in a regulated environment, preferably medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or a comparable industry, with exposure to QMS, design controls, and audit readiness.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, organizational, and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and escalate risks and schedule impacts proactively.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification and experience with reusable PMO frameworks are highly desirable.
