Responsibilities:- Oversee daily pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance staff knowledge and skills.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care strategies.

- Address and resolve any issues related to pharmacy operations or patient care.
- Implement quality assurance measures to uphold high standards of service.
Requirements:- PharmD or equivalent degree from an accredited pharmacy school.
- Active pharmacist license in the state of California.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a pharmacy setting, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Compensation: $63.00 - $65.00 per hour
