PM Assistant / Security Operations Reporting Specialist

Position Description:

Stand up and run the SOC's reporting and governance rhythm-daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly reports; KPI dashboards; compliance tracking-ensuring leaders have timely, actionable insight.

***This position can be located in our Knoxville, TN or Fairfax, VA office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable***

Your future duties and responsibilities:

. Produce structured daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly SOC reports with metrics and trend analysis.
. Maintain KPIs (MTTD/MTTR, resolution and false-positive rates, detection accuracy).
. Coordinate compliance reporting and audit-ready documentation; automate report generation; support executive presentations.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

. Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in SOC reporting/governance; data visualization; executive communications.
. Experience building operational dashboards and metrics with SIEM/SOAR and BI tools.
. US Citizenship or Green Card Required, with eligibility to obtain a public trust clearance.

Desired qualifications: Visualization/Analytics Certifications helpful.

Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $63,700.00 - $139,300.00.
