What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of plumbing technicians to perform at their highest level
- Drive a culture of accountability, craftsmanship, and outstanding customer interaction
- Ensure every job is completed with precision, professionalism, and clear communication
- Support technicians in maximizing opportunities while always putting the customer first
- Monitor performance metrics and continuously raise the bar for results and service quality
- Partner with leadership to strengthen processes and grow the business
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience managing residential service technicians (plumbing preferred)
- A strong leader who inspires, motivates, and holds teams accountable
- Someone who values customer relationships just as much as technical excellence
- Ability to coach technicians on both service delivery and how to communicate value to homeowners
- High energy, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
