Responsibilities

  • Manage plumbing projects for high-end custom residential homes from preconstruction through completion
  • Manage plumbing project budgets, schedules, contracts, change orders, materials, and procurement
  • Coordinate the plumbing scope with general contractors, builders, architects, designers, and homeowners
  • Partner closely with plumbing superintendents and field teams to ensure quality installations and project progress
  • Review plumbing plans, specifications, submittals, and project requirements
  • Lead plumbing project meetings and coordinate manpower, materials, and critical project milestones
  • Track project costs, billing, change orders, and profitability
  • Resolve plumbing-related project issues while protecting schedule, quality, and budget
  • Build strong relationships with builders and clients and represent Williams professionally throughout the project

If you're a Plumbing Project Manager with experience in high-end custom residential construction and you're ready to manage some of the most complex plumbing projects in Montana, this role is for you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Manage plumbing projects for high-end custom residential homes from preconstruction through completion
