OverviewMr. Central Heating Cooling Electrical Plumbing is seeking a
PlumbingField Supervisor with strong experience in residential and light commercial plumbing. This role requires a proven leader with at least 2 years of supervisory experience in the plumbing service industry who can uphold high standards and drive team performance.
What You'll Do:- Lead and support a team of plumbing technicians
- Collaborate daily with the Plumbing Manager to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Communicate effectively with Dispatch and Management
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professional communication
- Utilize an iPad for scheduling, reporting, and job documentation
- Plumbing Technician that primarily runs maintenance jobs.
- This is a revenue-generating role.
What You Need:- Minimum two years as a Field Supervisor in the plumbing service industry
- Strong knowledge of residential and light commercial plumbing systems
- Must be 21 or older
- Authorized to work in the US
- A valid US Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record.
- Ability to pass background and drug test.
- Minimum five years Residential Plumbing experience
- Advance knowledge of plumbing systems
- Service Titan knowledge a plus
- Good communication and listening skills
