Plumbing Design Engineer II/III (MEP) - Portland, OR (Hybrid)As a Plumbing Engineer/Designer II/III at Interface, you will be taking ownership as a discipline expert on multiple projects. Your duties will include (but may not be limited to):
- Responsibility for plumbing system selection, engineering & design
- Preparation of Plumbing drawings, sketches, analysis, specifications, and calculations
- Demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Providing management and oversight of plumbing support staff
- Providing construction administration & site observations related to your projects.
- Delivering exemplary service and support to team members and clients.
What You'll Bring:Required:
- Bachelor of Science - Mechanical Engineering or equivalent; or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years' experience in MEP plumbing design/consulting
- Working knowledge of IPC/UPC and IBC standards
Preferred:
- Professional Engineer (PE) License
- Certified Plumbing Designer (CPD)
- LEED4 Accreditation
- Working Autodesk4 REVIT knowledge
