  • Conduct regular performance conversations and help employees identify opportunities for continued growth.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR to support hiring, onboarding, employee development, and retention.
  • Ensure new team members receive the training, tools, leadership support, and clear expectations they need to be successful.
  • Address performance concerns appropriately and hold team members accountable to company standards.

Own Branch Operations
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Niceville branch and ensure the team has what they need to perform at a high level.

  • Maintain a safe, organized, professional, and efficient branch environment.
  • Ensure company processes, safety requirements, plumbing codes, and industry regulations are consistently followed.
  • Identify operational challenges and implement solutions that improve efficiency and performance.
  • Partner with other departments and company leadership to execute company initiatives and support continued growth.

Drive Revenue & Profitability
  • Take ownership of branch revenue, profitability, and overall business performance.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and use data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas requiring action.
  • Coach leaders and technicians around performance metrics and help connect individual performance to overall branch results.
  • Review financial and operational performance regularly and develop action plans when results are below expectations.
  • Manage branch expenses and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and control costs without sacrificing service or quality.
  • Develop and execute strategies that support sustainable revenue growth and continued branch success.

Deliver an Exceptional Customer Experience

  • Ensure technicians understand and consistently deliver Service Minds' customer service standards.
  • Address escalated customer concerns promptly, professionally, and with a solution-focused approach.

  • Previous leadership or management experience with responsibility for both team and business performance.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, develop, motivate, and hold employees accountable.
  • Strong understanding of plumbing service operations and the day-to-day needs of a successful branch.
  • Experience managing revenue, budgets, expenses, and profitability.
  • Ability to understand KPIs, analyze performance data, and turn that information into action.
  • Working knowledge of plumbing codes, safety requirements, and industry regulations.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, ownership, and accountability.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable making decisions and leading in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
