Job Summary:
The PLM Change Analyst will support product readiness by analyzing and processing product lifecycle management (PLM) changes, managing configurations, and providing product administrative support. The role will collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple product categories and development stages to troubleshoot issues, assess impacts, support documentation release milestones, and implement effective short- and long-term solutions. The analyst will also serve as a first line of support for PLM users and help ensure adherence to change management policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process and validate engineering change forms within PLM systems.
• Analyze change requests to ensure compliance with company policies and provide timely, concise feedback when updates are required.
• Manage and communicate project plans related to documentation release milestones with critical stakeholders.
• Create and manage top-level SKU configurations based on defined product requirements.
• Participate in and lead cross-functional meetings related to product projects and change activities.
• Partner with regional teams responsible for global production readiness.
• Provide first-line support to PLM users and assist with troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Provide general training and guidance on PLM tools, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet program documentation and release milestones.
• Analyze the impact of changes across teams, processes, and supporting tools.
• Support configuration management and general product administration activities.
• Provide off-hours support during high-volume periods when required.
Required Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in change management.
• Experience working with PLM tools.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and reprioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to independently research issues, identify solutions, and utilize available resources.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Expertise in documentation control and change management best practices.
• Experience proactively managing administrative requirements to support organizational and process changes.
• Experience working with ERP tools.
• Ability to adapt to evolving business requirements and support continuous process improvement.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional and regional teams in a global production environment.
