Full Job Description
The Platform & Performance Marketing Manager will support the organization's marketing platforms and omnichannel marketing strategy, helping ensure campaigns are delivered through the most effective mix of owned, earned, paid, and emerging channels to drive business results and fan engagement.

Working collaboratively with Campaign Marketing, Business Analytics, Content, Creative, Ticketing, and other business units, this role will champion a performance-driven approach to marketing while continuously evolving the organization's marketing ecosystem, platforms, processes, and communication strategies.
**This is an full-time, onsite position with regular office hours during the week.

ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
  • Support the organization's omnichannel marketing strategy, partnering with Campaign Marketing to develop integrated go-to-market plans that leverage the optimal mix of owned, earned, paid, and emerging channels for campaigns and organizational initiatives.
  • Lead the organization's paid social strategy and execution, driving audience acquisition, campaign performance, testing, and optimization across paid social platforms while identifying new opportunities to improve reach, engagement, and business outcomes.
  • Provide strategic support for the department's marketing technology (MarTech) stack, including marketing automation, paid media, influencer, SMS, and other platforms that support campaign execution, audience engagement, and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee channel strategy and optimization, ensuring coordinated campaign delivery across email, SMS, paid media, influencer marketing, trade media, out-of-home, website, mobile app, and emerging communication channels.
  • Develop governance, standards, and best practices for marketing platforms and communication channels to ensure consistent execution, operational efficiency, and an exceptional fan experience.
  • Champion a performance-driven marketing approach by leading campaign measurement, performance benchmarking, testing, and optimization efforts, translating insights into actionable recommendations that improve future marketing performance.
    • Lead the development, execution, and budget allocation of annual paid and trade media plans across Social, TV, Radio, Print, Outdoor, and OTT.
  • Develop audience strategies in collaboration with Business Analytics, optimize automated marketing journeys, and leverage performance insights that improve campaign effectiveness and business outcomes.
  • Partner with Business Analytics to identify and execute strategies that grow and enrich the organization's first-party fan data through marketing campaigns, digital experiences, and audience engagement initiatives.
  • Drive market intelligence in partnership with Business Analytics, leveraging fan insights, industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging technologies to inform marketing strategy and identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Collaborate with Business Analytics to evaluate, implement, and optimize new marketing technologies, platforms, vendor partnerships, and emerging capabilities that enhance campaign execution, operational efficiency, and fan engagement.
  • Develop and manage assigned marketing platform, paid media, agency, and vendor budgets, ensuring investments align with organizational priorities and maximize marketing effectiveness.
  • Partner with Content, Creative, and Campaign Marketing to ensure consistent execution across marketing channels while delivering an integrated fan experience.
  • Build collaborative relationships across departments and manage assigned staff, vendors, and external relationships to foster innovation and continuous improvement.


EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND EDUCATION:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Five (5)+ years of experience in platform marketing, digital marketing, performance marketing, omnichannel marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Experience developing and executing integrated omnichannel marketing strategies across owned, earned, and paid channels.
  • Demonstrated expertise managing paid social campaigns, including campaign planning, audience targeting, optimization, testing, and performance analysis.
  • Experience managing marketing technology platforms, campaign reporting, and performance optimization.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage marketing data and insights to drive business outcomes.
  • Experience managing vendors, budgets, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Professional sports, entertainment, or live event marketing experience preferred.
