Full Job Description
ABOUT THE ROLE

To supervise the operation of a concrete plant including concrete mixer drivers and plant maintenance to ensure delivery of quality product, timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH
  • Report disciplinary issues, maintain good employee relations, provide daily job lists, and communicate schedule changes promptly. Supervise drivers and ensure proper performance, documentation, and accountability.
  • Follow and promote health, safety, and environmental policies. Be prepared for issues like spills and dust, maintain safety records and equipment, and ensure compliance with EMS procedures.
  • Keep accurate records (safety logs, sales, fuel, COD transactions, invoices, delivery tickets). Submit all required reports on time and ensure documentation is complete and organized.
  • Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to improve efficiency, reduce waste (e.g., voided concrete), and optimize fleet usage, scheduling, and production processes.
  • Communicate customer issues, follow up on COD sales, identify opportunities, and promote upselling (e.g., VAP products).
  • Oversee daily plant operations, maintenance scheduling, equipment care, and ensure efficient use of resources and minimal downtime.
  • Schedule deliveries, coordinate materials, plan workloads in advance, and ensure all job requirements are understood and met.
  • Maintain plant cleanliness, organization, and professional appearance, including proper handling of materials, waste, and safety equipment.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Education: Bachelors Degree.
  • Field of Study Preferred: Civil Engineering or Technology Degree
  • Required Work Experience: 3-5 years of supervisory experience


Additional Requirements:
  • Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
