Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial, mechanical, electrical, or mechatronics engineering, or a related field.
• Master's degree in engineering or business is preferred.
• 10+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in automotive.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in an automotive manufacturing environment.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations encompassing production, maintenance, engineering, and quality.
• Drive initiatives for operational excellence to enhance safety, quality, and productivity.
• Develop and execute operational plans aligned with organizational objectives.
• Ensure preventive maintenance maximizes equipment reliability and minimizes downtime.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts to optimize processes and reduce scrap and downtime.
• Monitor plant performance to achieve budget and productivity goals.
• Support new product launches and audit compliance initiatives.
