Pay Range: $86,850.00 - $115,796.66
What You'll Be Doing- Lead safe, reliable, and efficient daily operations of the aggregates facility.
- Build a high-performing team through clear expectations, coaching, and development.
- Drive continuous improvement in production, maintenance, and overall site performance.
- Ensure full compliance with environmental, health, safety, and quality standards.
- Manage budgets, resources, and production planning to meet operational and business targets.
What Are We Looking For- Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or similarly related field preferred
- Plant Manager, aggregate mining, and maintenance experience required
- Strong people leadership skills with the ability to hold teams accountable.
- Sound operational judgment and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced plant environment.
- Commitment to safety, environmental compliance, and continuous learning.
Work EnvironmentThis role operates within an outdoor, heavy-industrial aggregates environment with exposure to weather, noise, dust, and large mobile equipment. Appropriate personal protective equipment is required.
