PLANT MANAGER - CARROLLTON, TX

OVERVIEW:

The Plant Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of plant operations, including production, quality control, maintenance, and personnel management for a facility with 150 or more employees. This role requires a strategic leader who can optimize processes, improve productivity, and maintain high standards of food safety and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will be adept at shaping a positive workplace culture, managing collaboratively and proactively, and understanding the details of operations, finances, and metrics to drive performance.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Oversee daily operations of the food manufacturing plant to ensure production schedules are met.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, quality standards, and health and safety policies.
