Qualifications

• Hands-on manufacturing/operations leadership experience.
• Experience in metal fabrication, sheet metal, machining, welding, aerospace, defense, or job shop environments.
• Strong ERP/MRP, scheduling, inventory, and labor planning knowledge.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and KPI management.
• AS9100/ISO experience is beneficial.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Data-driven, organized, and decisive.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety, production, quality, scheduling, and labor utilization in operations.
• Improve on-time delivery, productivity, and gross margins.
• Reduce overtime, minimize waste, and eliminate production bottlenecks.
• Maintain accurate ERP/MRP and inventory systems for operational efficiency.
• Develop supervisors and hold them accountable for their results.
• Monitor KPIs and daily production performance to ensure targets are met.
• Resolve customer delivery and production issues effectively.
• Promote Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement practices throughout the operation.
• Engage directly on the shop floor to coach teams towards success.
