Plant Manager - Manufacturing

Location: Fenton, MO Job Type: Full-Time Reports to: Director of Operations Schedule: Monday through Friday with flexibility to support manufacturing operations as needed.

We're looking for a Plant Manager to lead our Fenton manufacturing facility. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to build high-performing teams, improve manufacturing processes, and drive operational success while making a meaningful impact on our employees, customers, and business.

This hands-on leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations, production, employee development, and continuous improvement. You'll work closely with department leaders to ensure efficient operations, maintain a safe workplace, achieve production goals, and deliver products that meet customer expectations.

What You'll Do

As Plant Manager, you will:
  • Lead daily manufacturing operations while ensuring safe, efficient, and productive operations that meet customer expectations.
  • Build, coach, and develop supervisors and employees to create a high-performing team.
  • Oversee production scheduling, capacity planning, and workflow to meet production goals and customer deadlines.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
