  • Improve attendance, staffing stability, and workforce engagement
  • Partner with HR, finance, and operations leadership on staffing, cost control, and performance management
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on throughput, scrap reduction, and uptime
  • Oversee and prioritize maintenance strategy and preventive maintenance execution
  • Manage plant-level financial performance, including labor, material usage, and operating costs
  • Support and execute capital projects that improve safety, capacity, and efficiency

Are you an experienced manufacturing leader ready to make a meaningful impact? Revolution is seeking a motivated and results-driven Plant Manager to lead operations at our Little Rock, AR facility.
