Responsibilities- Ensure all production operations are carried out efficiently and safely.
- Oversee daily production schedules to meet operational goals.
- Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices.
- Maintain materials, monitor inventory levels, and oversee production efficiency.
- Develop strategic and operational objectives aligned with company SOPs.
- Perform quality control checks and monitor production KPIs.
- Train, mentor, and supervise production staff.
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, and workflow.
Qualifications- Proven experience as a Production Manager, Operations Manager, or similar leadership role.
- Knowledge of operations management and production processes.
- Familiarity with business and manufacturing principles.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor's degree or 4 years of related experience required.
