Plant ManagerWe9re hiring a Plant Manager to run our Ferndale facility. This role comes with company equity, and our pay and equity reflect the hours and ownership we expect.
You will:- Run daily plant operations: scheduling, throughput, quality, and on-time shipping
- Manage a large team with lots of inputs, outputs, shipping, timing, and training
- Keep the plant moving on very short cycle times, where the industry says a week and we say a day
- Set and enforce safety standards and OSHA compliance across the floor
- Train and develop operators, with documentation to back it up
- Inspire and lead people every day

You should be:- Someone who has run a shop or factory before, or managed large teams with complex inputs and outputs
- Familiar with 24/7 operations
- Experienced in a low lead time environment. This is the big one. Most of machining thinks 2it9ll take a week.2 Here it9s 2do it in a day.2
- Extremely organized and always on time
- A documented trainer: you9ve built training programs and can show it
- Safety-first, with real OSHA knowledge
