The Opportunity:

Our client is seeking a Plant Manager to lead a complex, highly automated industrial facility in the Greater Toronto Area.
This is not a steady-state operation. The site is in a critical phase of operational build-out and requires a hands-on leader to stabilize performance, implement structure, and drive continuous improvement across a multi-process environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead day-to-day plant operations across a multi-building industrial site

Compensation Details: Base Salary of $140,000 -$160,000 + 10% Bonus
