In this role, you'll have the opportunity to build high-performing teams, improve manufacturing processes, and drive operational success while making a meaningful impact on our employees, customers, and business.
This hands-on leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations, production, employee development, and continuous improvement. You'll work closely with department leaders to ensure efficient operations, maintain a safe workplace, achieve production goals, and deliver products that meet customer expectations.

What You'll DoAs Plant Manager, you will:
- Lead daily manufacturing operations while ensuring safe, efficient, and productive operations that meet customer expectations.
- Build, coach, and develop supervisors and employees to create a high-performing team.
- Oversee production scheduling, capacity planning, and workflow to meet production goals and customer deadlines.
- Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the facility.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement process improvements to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Partner with department leaders to solve operational challenges and support business objectives.
- Manage employee performance through coaching, feedback, and development.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
QualificationsWe're looking for someone who has:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field, or equivalent leadership experience.
- Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, coach, and develop teams.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing production, safety, and employee performance.
- Ability to build positive working relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
