Position Summary

The Plant Manager will provide strategic and operational leadership for a large manufacturing facility responsible for delivering critical products to multiple locations throughout the organization.

Success in this role requires balancing day-to-day operational execution with long-term strategic planning while fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture.

The ideal candidate is an experienced manufacturing leader who can develop people, influence cross-functional teams, make data-driven decisions, and drive continuous improvement throughout the operation.

Key Responsibilities
Lead all aspects of plant operations, including Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People Development.
Provide strategic leadership for a complex, multi-shift manufacturing operation supporting multiple downstream facilities.
Develop and execute annual operating plans while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Build and develop a strong leadership team through coaching, mentoring, and succession planning.
Drive data-informed decision making using operational KPIs, financial metrics, and manufacturing performance indicators.
Partner closely with Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, Quality, and Commercial teams.
Promote a culture centered on accountability, collaboration, employee engagement, and operational excellence.
Manage plant financial performance, budgets, and cost optimization initiatives.
Lead Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement efforts.
Represent the organization with customers, suppliers, and executive leadership.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required (Engineering preferred but not required).
Minimum 10 years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
Previous Plant Manager or large-site Operations leadership experience.
Experience leading a complex, multi-shift manufacturing operation.
Demonstrated success leading large cross-functional organizations.
Strong financial acumen with experience managing operational metrics and budgets.
Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives using Lean principles.
Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Aerospace manufacturing experience preferred.
Experience within advanced manufacturing or other highly regulated industries.
Experience with ERP systems and Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.
P&L responsibility.
Supply Chain leadership experience.
Experience managing high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environments.

Compensation & Benefits:
Target Base Salary: $215,000 - $235,000
