Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering required, MBA or Master's in Engineering preferred.
• 7+ years of manufacturing leadership experience required; 4+ years preferred with MBA or Master’s.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing engineering processes and team leadership.
• Experience in compliance with environmental and waste treatment regulations.
• Demonstrated success in managing budgets and strategic projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage the annual operation budget, including capital budget.
• Lead manufacturing engineering in optimizing floor space and equipment placement.
• Ensure compliance with waste treatment regulations and proper disposal of hazardous materials.
• Support operational goals related to safety, quality, and delivery.
• Direct strategic facility improvement projects as necessary.
• Manage plant security and fire protection measures.
