What you will enjoy doing*

  • You will provide project support for Burns Harbor, IN, Gary, IN, and associated satellite plant operations
  • Execute the Management of Change (MOC) work process, ensuring all changes to systems, equipment, and processes are properly evaluated, documented, and implemented in compliance with safety and operational standards
  • Leadand support capital projects, process improvements, and infrastructure upgradesfrom concept through completion
  • Further, you will troubleshootplant equipment and systems to resolve reliability and performance issues
  • Identifyand implement continuous improvement opportunities to enhance safety,efficiency, and cost performance
  • Monitorequipment performance data and drive corrective actions for underperformingassets
  • And you will maintainand update documentation including P&IDs, SWDs, and site-specific operatingprocedures, in accordance with MOC requirements
  • Travelapproximately 15% to support multi-site operations
