What you will enjoy doing*- You will serve as a process expert in air separation, trace gas measurement equipment, and gas distribution systems; troubleshooting issues using formal root cause analysis and reporting methods.
- Train junior employees and guide plant technicians during complex operations while serving as a technical resource and staying current on emerging technologies.
- Define project and maintenance objectives, develop comprehensive plans, and manage cost and schedule across all project phases, including total cost of ownership for new systems.
- Further, you will act as the primary leadership interface with customers and deliver effective presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
- Apply PMI principles to execute work and drive continuous improvement in tools, processes, and methodologies.
- Champion new ideas, cost-saving initiatives, and innovative approaches to improve performance.
- You will be available for domestic travel and participate in an on-call rotation.
What makes you great - You have a B.S. or M.S. in Engineering with a minimum of 4 years of process engineering and project management experience.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
- Have experience with JD Edwards (preferred).
- You are familiar with PLCs, DCSs, and SCADA systems.
- Can travel up to 5% of the time to support project tasks and construction.
- Able to climb ladders and work at heights.
