What you will enjoy doing*- You will provide project support for Burns Harbor, IN, Gary, IN, and associated satellite plant operations.
- Execute the Management of Change (MOC) work process, ensuring all changes to systems, equipment, and processes are properly evaluated, documented, and implemented in compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Leadand support capital projects, process improvements, and infrastructure upgradesfrom concept through completion.
- Further, you will troubleshootplant equipment and systems to resolve reliability and performance issues.
- Identifyand implement continuous improvement opportunities to enhance safety,efficiency, and cost performance.
- Monitorequipment performance data and drive corrective actions for underperformingassets.
- And you will maintainand update documentation including P&IDs, SWDs, and site-specific operatingprocedures, in accordance with MOC requirements.
- Travelapproximately 15% to support multi-site operations.
What makes you great - You have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering (or related field).
- Minimumof 3-5 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- You will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills that strengthen collaboration across operational and technical teams.
- Computerproficiency with Microsoft products.
- Workingknowledge of Management of Change (MOC) processes.
- Abilityto travel approximately 15% of the time.
- Flexibility in work schedule to support operations during startup, shutdown or unplanned events.
