Responsibilities
Position Overview:
As a Plant Controller, Aerofit,you'll be part of our Industrial Finance Controllership team working as anon-site employee at our Fullerton, CA location.
Key Responsibilities:
' Financial Governance & Internal Controls.
' Maintain accurate financial statements in strict accordancewith US GAAP and corporate policies.
' Lead comprehensive month-end and quarterly closingprocesses to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
' Drive full compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX)requirements and continuously improve the site's internal control environment.
' Oversee inventory management, including the coordination ofyear-end physical inventories, cycle counting programs, and the development ofrobust control procedures.
' Manage the fixed asset sub-ledger, including expendituremonitoring, Construction-in-Progress (CIP) reviews, and asset audits.
' Proactively identify accounting risks and implementeffective mitigation strategies.

' Collaborate with the Plant Manager and operations team toprovide transparent, actionable financial reporting.
' Develop and manage annual budgets and periodic financialforecasts.
' Analyze plant performance and variances, translating datainto insights that drive operational improvements.
' Provide high-level scenario modeling and ad-hoc businesscase analysis to support strategic investment and ROI.
' Deliver financial presentations to plant leadership,business units, and corporate stakeholders.
' Standardize routine business processes to eliminate wasteand drive value creation.
Foster a culture of continuousimprovement, accountability, and professional development within the financeand operations teams.
Qualifications
BasicQualifications:
' Bachelor's degree in Accounting,Finance, or a related discipline.
' 7-10 years experience with proven trackrecord in a manufacturing operations environment with deep knowledge of costaccounting.'
' Must have at least 5 years experienceworking in a manufacturing environment.
' Proficiency in financial statementanalysis, product costing, and business case development.
' A strategic thinker who can workindependently while collaborating across all levels of the organization.
' High integrity, a "continuousimprovement" mindset, and the ability to thrive in an innovative,fast-paced environment.

PreferredQualifications:
' Experience with Epicor Avante andHyperion Financial Management (HFM) is highly preferred.
Salary Range:
The base pay range for this position in California is$105,400.00 - $169,625.00/year. Pay is based on market location and may varydepending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on paymentmay be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a fullrange of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the positionoffered.
