Job Description

Planning - Scheduling:
  • Participate in drawing up the Industrial and Sales Plan, integrating the site's critical capacities
  • Carry out medium and long-term planning, optimizing resources (manpower and machines)
  • Carry out short-term planning (Scheduling) and interface between Scheduling and Production
  • Control finished and semi-finished product inventory levels.
  • Analyze and implement appropriate Production Management tools and methods in collaboration with the Lean department.
  • Supply and inventory management:
  • Supply all raw materials, components, and consumables without stopping production.
  • Guarantee the supply of goods within the required deadlines, quantities, and quality.
  • Control material and component inventory levels
  • Analyze and implement appropriate procurement tools and methods in collaboration with the Purchasing and Lean departments.
  • ERP (SAP) and IT systems:
  • Ensure the consistency of technical data within its scope, in liaison with related departments.
  • Analyze processes and suggest areas for improvement.
  • Automate our management routines.
  • Guarantee data within the managed perimeter.

lntra-services:
  • Participate in relevant meetings (Supply Chain meetings, Project meetings, Quality and Sales meetings)
  • Coordinate data updates with "change control" (applications for approval, product releases)
  • Participate in/or lead working groups on cross-functional subjects and projects within the company
  • Management:
  • Manage the organization of the department and its adaptation to the site's growth.
  • Manage, motivate, mobilize and develop your team.
  • Establish, measure, and analyse service indicators.
  • Manage and solve problems.

Continuous improvement:
  • Know, apply and enforce the rules defined as part of continuous improvement (5S, TPM, SMED, VSM, ... )
  • Participate in continuous improvement workgroups and help implement actions.
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for his/her activity.

Quality:
  • Co-responsible for customer satisfaction
  • Ensures quality of information communicated to Customer Service and Operations.
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturing routings and bill of materials

Environment:
  • Know, apply and enforce Company environmental policy.
  • Ensure that our suppliers comply with environmental specifications and sort waste
  • Safety:
  • Know, apply and enforce the Company's safety policy.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master degree in logistics (Engineering degree) or 5 years of equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum 5 years in an similar environment and in planning / scheduling
  • Experience managing a team
  • Strong service and people skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • Rigorous, dynamic, responsive
  • Teamwork and listening skills
  • Has worked in an regulated industry with high quality requirements
  • Good knowledge of SAP (preferred) and its modules (MM, PP, WM...)


Additional Information

POSITION RANGE: $100,000 - $120,000 Salaried(This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.)
