Location: remote, but Atlanta-based candidates will be prioritized (in person time in the office is a plus)

Job Description:

We are looking for a partner who can dig in and understand the current Feature and Enhancement Planning procedures, rally the team around key milestones in the Planning process, ensure visibility of Engagement & Optimization team priorities on long-term roadmaps, and also cross collaborate to foster alignment across the wider working group of teams who have increasing dependency on one another. The ideal candidate would be a motivated, self-starter focused on fostering strong working relationships in order to:
• Lead the E&O team in ensuring adherence to timelines for their deliverables in the feature and enhancement planning processes
• Partner with Customer Experience (CX) team on key development timelines (including IT etc) to ensure dates are met and deliverables are complete
• Ensure the right teams are included and/or informed for prioritization, requirements development and other planning tasks
• Provide clear, up to date status for all E&O features and enhancements
• Manage E&O backlog and grooming tasks
• Champion Aha tool integration and adoption within E&O
• Create workback plans for key initiatives that have content and testing impacts including feature delivery, partner launch requirements, testing and large-scale content planning where broad visibility is necessary.

This resource will also help position major content deployments and initiatives within larger IFEC and brand roadmaps on behalf of the E&O team, ideally by:
• Defining and documenting new partner launch MVP requirements for E&O teams
• Partner with Content Enablement to inform workback plans for new partner launches, Tool discovery/enablement or other large-scale efforts
• Partner with CX to understand special UAT testing or other accommodations needed for larger initiatives
• Assist in documenting dependencies between E&O teams (ex. Data roadmaps, tool discovery, tool enablement, onboarding to new tools and tool implementation)
• Champion E&O use cases within larger workstreams like Marketing's content modernization and ways of working processes
• Coordinating weekly team updates for leadership

Qualifications

Help drive planning cycles including Increment Planning, Sprint Cycles, and ongoing feature development.
  • Experience Level: Senior PM with strong organizational and business acumen; able to navigate different team perspectives.
  • Skillset:
    • Strong program/project management background, preferably PMO-style.
    • Familiar with sprint/incremental planning cycles.
    • Comfortable in dynamic, frequently changing environments.
    • Able to conceptualize project dependencies and phase planning.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Not a deeply technical role, but must understand how features interconnect at a high level.
    • Familiarity with Workfront and Aha! is a plus.
