PlannerPaySalary Range: $70,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.

What You'll Do- Conduct research and prepare planning documents, reports, studies, and permit applications
- Support land use, community, and infrastructure planning projects
- Assist with stakeholder coordination and agency communication
- Prepare layouts, planning graphics, and data analyses (GIS experience helpful)
- Contribute to proposals, presentations, and internal project documentation
What You Bring- Bachelor's degree in Planning, Geography, Public Administration, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of professional planning experience, ideally in Hawai'i
- Strong technical writing, analytical, and communication skills
- Familiarity with Hawai'i planning, zoning, and entitlement processes
- Ability to meet deadlines, manage tasks, and collaborate effectively
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; GIS experience preferred
