Graham is actively recruiting for a Planner & Scheduler to support the Planning & Scheduling function within the Infrastructure Division. Reporting to the Planning & Scheduling Director, this role plays a critical part in developing and maintaining project schedules that support the successful delivery of medium- to high-complexity construction projects across our portfolio.

You will help drive performance, mitigate schedule risks, and enable teams to make informed decisions that keep projects on track.

Your Role in Building What Matters - From Office to Site
  • Develop and maintain project master schedules (Resource & Cost Loaded) for medium- to high-complexity projects using Critical Path Method in accordance with Construction Drawings, contract requirements and company best practices
  • Establish baseline schedules by collaborating with clients, consultants, and project teams to define durations, milestones, constraints, and third-party interfaces
  • Prepare and lead schedule updates and performance reporting, including cash flow alignment, Earned Value metrics, S-curves, milestone trends, heatmaps, and variance analysis
  • Identify schedule risks and drive corrective actions, including mitigation planning, resequencing strategies, and "what-if" scenario modelling to support informed project decisions
  • Support delay analysis and change management, integrating risk registers, productivity reviews, and contributing to time-impact assessments, schedule change management, and cash-flow evaluations


The Right Tools for the Job
  • Education: Diploma or degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Skills: Proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office, Knowledge of delay analysis methods, Ability to interpret risk registers and productivity data, Experience with project scheduling software (MS Project, Tilos, Powerproject, etc.) is an asset
  • Experience: 5+ years of Planning / Scheduling experience in industrial, civil, or infrastructure projects. Experience on at least one full project lifecycle (initiation to close-out). Experience across multiple delivery methods (EPC, Design-Build, CM, PPP, etc.)
