Position Overview

This may be the perfect opportunity for you to support our Residential group by driving our conservation programs and nurturing customer-centric experiences. We want you to utilize your customer-centric vision to simplify the customer experience and leverage customer insights to improve the reach and satisfaction with our programs.

In this role, you will:

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for residential energy efficiency programs, leading program delivery through expert knowledge of program design, policies, processes, systems, and industry best practices
  • Prepare business cases and reporting for new programs or modifications to existing programs including justification and cost-effectiveness analysis
  • Support program reporting, forecasting, and performance monitoring by analyzing program data, supporting evaluation activities, tracking key metrics, identifying trends, and providing insights to inform decision-making and program planning
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer service, operational efficiency, and reporting
  • Build rapport with external and internal program partners and offer support as their industry expert.
  • Identify appropriate or new technologies/initiatives/design to support enhanced program offerings to reduce energy consumption.
  • Lead the development of new program offerings from concept to implementation.Begin actively assisting and supporting regulatory filings and activities.
  • Develop and implement a strategy to further advance market adoption of mechanical and building envelope design for residential retrofits.


What it takes:

  • A Diploma in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline from a recognized program, plus a minimum of three years of recent, related experience in program development.
  • Demonstrated customer service approach and relationship building skills with program stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skillset.
  • Ability to work independently and with partners in a fast-paced environment with complex processes.
  • Confident analytical skills and able to confidently make decisions based on facts and data
  • A 'get it done right' and 'can do' perspective that fosters strengthened relationships through every engagement.

In this role, you will have the option to participate in a flexible work program, enabling you to work from an approved flex location in British Columbia up to 85 days a year (equivalent to approximately two days a week), subject to business or operational needs.
