Planner Scheduler Lead
$94,000 - $117,000 | In Person reporting to Duluth, MN

Provide leadership and oversight for Operations scheduling teams, managing workflows, resources, and priorities to ensure operational excellence and exceptional customer service. Partner across the organization to streamline processes, enhance work management systems, and support Company goals for safety, reliability, and performance.

What you'll do
  • Provide leadership, coordination, and direction for day-to-day operations involving staffing, budgeting, scheduling, reporting, and workflow management for Operations scheduling teams.
  • Ensure work is prioritized, scheduled, and executed efficiently to meet established timeframes and performance standards.
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities to consolidate, streamline, standardize, and improve scheduling processes to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain workflow processes to promote consistency within the workorder management system.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding system conditions and operational priorities.
  • Document restoration activities and provide reporting and performance metrics related to schedule compliance to support continuous improvement efforts.
  • Ensure services provided through the Operation Coordination Center are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Effective performance is essential to achieving Company goals related to safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Interact with internal and external customers to meet service and information needs and resolve issues.

What you'll bring
  • Associate degree or two-year vocational technical institute degree/certificate, preferably in mechanical, electrical, electronics, computers, or other job-related field PLUS eight years or more of job-related experience required,
    OR
  • High school diploma or equivalent PLUS ten or more years of job-related experience required.
  • A valid driver's license and the responsibility to maintain it.

The expected annual compensation range for this position is $94,000 - $117,000. Compensation offered to the selected candidate will vary depending on relevant knowledge, skills, training, and experience. Additionally, this position qualifies for a comprehensive benefits package including:
