Global Planning supports the Planning & Allocation function by being the financial stewards of the Product area. Our team has the eagle-eye view of all planning for Lululemon. We work cross-functionally with Merchandising, Mainline Planning, FP&A, Sourcing, and Product Ops, to provide a company-level view of our growth plans as it relates to Sales, Inventory, and Margin

core responsibilities

This position is responsible for the forecasting, and target setting of Initial Mark Up (IMU) reporting and analysis, at a regional and segmentation level both in-season and for the Long-Range Plan connecting with the Global IMU as well as connecting preseason IMU to in-season inventory costs and Selling IMU. Includes prioritizing margin expansion, supporting the Margin Program function, optimization and organization of data sets relating to sales and margin.
• Owns regional and segmentation PO IMU reporting and target setting and the connection to the global IMU landscape
• Elevates existing reports and tools to optimize analysis, and provide recommendations for next steps helping to identify and drive financial results that maximize IMU
• Contributes to the Margin Program and expansion initiatives driving to achieve financial targets
• Delivers Ad Hoc reporting as necessary

qualifications
• College certificate or University degree is required, preferably in Commerce or Business Administration
• 3-5 Years of Planning experience or progressive financial analysis and reporting experience
• Expert knowledge of Excel is required
• Excellent team player as well as the ability to work independently.
• Effective communication skills (written & verbal) & extremely organized, thorough and able to prioritize
• Detail orientated & analytical
• Results oriented - strong sense of motivation
• Self directed problem solver, proactive and resourceful
• Capable of effective multiple demand management from a variety of sources and adapts well to change.
• Ability and willingness to accept and provide feedback

compensation and benefits package

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this position is from$104,600-137,300 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and, subject to program eligibility requirements.
