As a member of the Planning team, our Planner III performs a wide variety of municipal planning and project management functions, including land use planning and research, code updates, administration and management associated with the overall development process, mentoring of planners, preparation of staff reports/supplemental materials, and presentations, and ancillary land use and development functions.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of four years of experience in municipal planning or as a consultant performing land use/site planning in performance of similar duties and responsibilities, AICP certification, previous development project review experience, and a master's degree in planning or a related field.
