We are searching for the best talent for Planner Channel Operations position.
The Planner Channel Operations supports inventory management and operational execution for the Innovative Medicine portfolio by assisting with day-to-day planning, order processing, and issue resolution. This role partners with cross-functional teams and distributors to help maintain accurate inventory, monitor performance, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
You will be responsible for:
Under limited supervision and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:
- Manage inventory operations for the Innovative Medicine portfolio, including planning, order processing, and monitoring inventory levels to ensure accuracy and availability.
- Support operational improvement projects by analyzing processes, identifying opportunities, and coordinating with supply chain and commercial teams.
- Maintain strong relationships with Commercial Trade Relations and Customers to ensure alignment and address evolving priorities effectively.
- Support issue resolution by conducting preliminary root cause analysis, coordinating corrective actions, and supporting responses to unexpected events such as product shortages or disruptions.
- Demonstrate analytical competencies to develop dashboards, identify trends, and generate insights
- Deliver excellent customer service by proactively addressing inquiries and supporting enhancements to the overall customer experience.
Qualifications / Requirements:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required (Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred)
Experience and Skills
Required:
- Minimum two (2) years of relevant work experience
- Data analytics experience to successfully organize, analyze, and interpret data to find opportunities and influence business operations
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Proven initiative, creativity, assertiveness, and leadership skills
- Ability to think strategically and implement solutions
Preferred:
- SAP or equivalent Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems knowledge
- Demonstrated customer-centric mentality or customer-facing experience, including strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Supply Chain knowledge, including Order Management, Forward and Reverse Distribution/Logistics
- Planning experience
- Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$65,000.00 - $104,650.00
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation –120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year
Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days
Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year
Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year
