What you will do

As a Planned Maintenance Leader, you will:

Coordinate maintenance related safety activities, systematically eradicating high risk conditions and ensuring maximum safety for Planned Maintenance (PM) technicians and engineers. Establish and manage Loss Intelligence systems to identify key losses to be eradicated and lead change management and other improvement initiatives. Define procedures that will enable the maintenance operation to drive Daily Management Systems, improving conditions to eradicate sporadic anomalies of equipment while driving continuous improvement efforts to eradicate chronic losses. Implement strategies to enhance equipment efficiency and reduce the likelihood of breakdowns. Integrate maintenance procedures and activities within the Production Process to support Autonomous Maintenance (AM), Quality Maintenance (QM), and Reliability efforts. Drive maturity of the PM system following company defined methodologies. Contribute to the PM Pillar, supporting World Class Manufacturing (WCM) growth strategies. Lead investigations into equipment failures and performance issues to identify root causes. Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence of issues. Lead the planning, execution, and closure of capital expenditure (CapEx) projects, including new installations, upgrades, equipment replacements, and process improvements. Conduct feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and risk assessments to evaluate project viability and prioritize initiatives. Prepare comprehensive project plans, including work breakdown structures, project schedules, and budgets.

We believe you have

Bachelor's degree in Automation & Control, Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronic, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field, and 5 years experience in maintenance of manufacturing equipment in food packaging or converting industries.

Must have work experience in:

1. Automation and converting machinery to understand machine assemblies, blueprints, and machine functionality to deploy failure mode and effects analysis, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
2. Guiding, coaching, and managing the performance of a team.
3. Project management skills, including conception, resourcing, time planning, budgeting, and stakeholder management.
4. MS Office, MS Project, PowerBI, SAP PM module, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software and modules.
5. Applying regulatory requirements to ensure business compliance to laws, safety, quality, and operational regulations, and attending and reporting to audits.
