Qualifications

• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Experience with Hydronic piping systems, Chiller, Boiler, and Water Source Heat Pump refrigeration systems required.
• Minimum five years of experience managing multimillion-dollar projects as a skilled field supervisor.
• Active journeyman or master Mechanical or Plumbing license preferred.
• Proficient in IMC, IPC, and IBC Standards; local codes; and construction safety requirements required.
• Familiarity with project management technologies such as Bluebeam, ProCore, BIM 360, CrewConnect, FieldWire, and Open Space preferred.
• Flexibility to travel to project sites within Florida as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage, evaluate, and train field project team members.
• Plan, organize, and direct production of contracted scope of work.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, inspectors, and other trades.
• Coordinate production and resolve conflicts during meetings with other trades and general contractor.
• Ensure installations meet quality and mechanical code standards.
• Manage material and personnel requirements to meet schedules.
• Adhere to standards of quality, safety, and best practices set by Power Design.
