- Expert level understanding of all phases of project document production and the relationship between drawings and specifications
- Mentoring and professional development of other personnel
- Able to check the work of others for accuracy and completeness and manage time to meet project budget and schedule requirements
- Participate and collaborate in project team setting and to engage in creative and critical thought
- Demonstrate creativity, foresight, and mature engineering judgment in anticipating and solving problems and potential risks
- Thorough understanding of engineering concepts and ability to communicate ideas to others
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills to effectively work and collaborate with a wide range of internal and external customers
- Requires understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Pipeline, Mechanical, Civil, or Geotechnical Engineering & Licensed Professional Engineer.
- Minimum of 25 years of pipeline design, project delivery, management, and leadership experience.
- Project Management Certification (PMP) is an asset.
- Experience in Project Management in an EPCM environment leading multi-disciplinary teams through design, construction, commissioning and closeout.
