In the assigned Job Role of Infrastructure Consultant 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:• Develop diagnostic tools, establish monitoring protocols, and resolve complex incidents through root cause analysis while ensuring SLA adherence and creating action plans to prevent recurrence
• Conduct detailed IT infrastructure evaluations and due diligence across multiple tracks, identify gaps and risks, and collaborate with stakeholders to recommend tailored enhancements and validate infrastructure details
• Create scalable, secure, and high-performing IT infrastructure solutions
• Optimize deployment processes, ensure environment readiness, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to creation of deployment documentation
• Develop and implement robust change management protocols to minimize risks, analyze proposed changes, and ensure smooth integration of system and technology updates
• Analyze and enhance system performance by implementing advanced monitoring tools, addressing capacity needs, and designing solutions to prevent bottlenecks
• Implement security measures and disaster recovery strategies including risk assessments
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, design and implement automation tools, and evaluate their impact to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Collaborate with multi-vendor and cross-functional teams to ensure project execution and document project activities
• Create specialized knowledge repositories, document methodologies, and drive learning to preserve organizational insights and enhance team efficiency

Required Skill and Experience• PingDirectory - hands-on installation, configuration, upgrade, and operational support
• LDAP - Experience with schema design, indexing, replication, referrals, access controls, directory data modelling
• Performance tuning - Experience with search optimisation, index tuning, log analysis, high-volume workload support
• Directory migration - LDIF exports/imports, data cleanup, synchronization, backup/restore
• TLS/SSL - Experience with certificate management, password policies, access control rules, secure bind patterns
• Service account governance and IAM integration
• Disaster recovery planning and execution for directory services
• PingFederate, PingAccess, or PingOne - integration with PingDirectory
Preferred Skill and Experience• AWS deployment - running PingDirectory on AWS (EC2, EKS, or ECS)
• AWS security services - IAM, KMS, Secrets Manager in directory context
• Kubernetes and Docker - container deployment and management of directory services
• Shell scripting - for directory administration automation and monitoring
• Python - for operational automation of directory tasks
• SCIM protocol awareness
• Directory monitoring and alerting tooling
Additional Required Qualifications• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
