Responsibilities

  • Organize ground and flight training sessions for students with varying levels of experience
  • Develop and implement customized lesson plans based on individual student needs and progression
  • Monitor and evaluate student performance, providing constructive feedback and improvement tips
  • Conduct thorough pre-flight and post-flight inspections, reporting any issues
  • Maintain accurate records of student performance, including flight logs and assessments
  • Stay updated with industry best practices, aviation standards, and regulatory changes
  • Foster a professional and supportive learning environment prioritizing safety and confidence
  • Coordinate with flight school staff to effectively schedule courses and resources

Nous recherchons actuellement un pilote instructeur pour effectuer une formation avancée en vol de montagne, une formation sur les types d'aéronefs et les situations d'urgence, une formation sur les références verticales / Bambi Bucket, une formation NVG de base et avancée et une qualification de vol de nuit.

Voici les responsabilités détaillées du poste :
  • Fournir une formation de vol de haute qualité aux étudiants militaires et civils, en garantissant la sécurité, la compétence et le respect des réglementations de Transports Canada et la FAA.
  • Organiser des sessions de formation au sol et en vol pour les étudiants de différents niveaux d'expérience.
  • Créer et exécuter des plans de cours personnalisés adaptés aux besoins et aux progrès de chaque élève.
  • Surveiller et évaluer les performances des étudiants, en fournissant des commentaires constructifs et des conseils pour s'améliorer.
  • Assurer un entretien approprié des aéronefs en effectuant des inspections avant et après le vol et en signalant tout problème.
  • Tenir à jour des dossiers précis et complets des étudiants, y compris les journaux de vol et les évaluations des performances.
  • Restez informé des meilleures pratiques de l'industrie, des normes de l'aviation et des changements de réglementation.
  • Favoriser un environnement d'apprentissage professionnel et encourageant qui favorise la sécurité et la confiance.
  • Organiser des vols de contrôle, des examens pratiques et aider les étudiants à se préparer à la certification ou à la réussite du cours.
