AdventHealth Well 65+ is seeking a
Board-Certified Family or Internal Medicine Physician to provide personalized, high-quality care to patients 65 years and older in a value-based, Medicare Advantage practice focused on quality, outcomes, and meaningful patient relationships.
We have a growing network of community-based practices. Our Physicians benefit from a well-established, integrated health system that ensures seamless access to hospitals, specialists, and coordinated care resources, allowing patients to thrive through comprehensive care.
Education & Experience - Completion of a U.S.-based Family or Internal Medicine residency
- Experience in a value-based care setting required
Licensure, Certification & Registration - Board Certification in Family or Internal Medicine
- Active Florida medical license or ability to obtain prior to start
- BLS required; ACLS (preferred)
